Simple Mazes

I offer a fine motor area as one of the stations in my therapy gym, in the form of a whiteboard with something casually drawn on it that the kids can interact with or not.

I did not originally anticipate the massive popularity of simple mazes with the 4-6 year olds! I drew SO MANY mazes in the past couple of weeks.

If you can learn to draw a simple maze, then you can figure out how to tweak it in order to target specific tracing goals — make diagonal paths to get the kids working on diagonals, make the roads wider or narrower to work on precision in tracing, work on curves or straight lines as needed…

Give it a try!
